Shopflo Merchant Referral Program

The Shopflo Merchant Referral Program is designed to reward existing merchants who refer relevant Shopify brands to Shopflo.

The goal of this program is to encourage genuine operator-to-operator recommendations — not mass lead generation or spam referrals.

Please read the following terms carefully before participating.

1.

Eligibility

The referral program is open only to:

  • Existing Shopflo merchants
  • Approved Shopflo partners (where applicable)

The referred business must:

  • Be a valid business entity
  • Operate on Shopify
  • Meet Shopflo's qualification criteria
2.

What qualifies as a valid referral?

A referral is considered valid only if:

  • The referred brand is not an active Shopflo customer
  • The referred brand has not completed a Shopflo demo in the last 60 days
  • The referred brand is not already in an active sales conversation with Shopflo
  • The referred brand completes a qualified demo with the Shopflo team

Shopflo reserves the right to determine qualification eligibility.

3.

Referral Reward

The referrer will receive:

  • ₹2,000 reward for every qualified referral demo completed

Rewards are issued only after:

  • The referred brand completes a qualified demo
  • The referral is validated internally by Shopflo
4.

Reward Delivery

Rewards are typically processed within:

  • 24–48 working hours after successful validation

Rewards may be delivered through:

  • Gift cards
  • Approved payout methods
  • Partner reward systems

Shopflo reserves the right to modify reward formats.

5.

Referral Attribution Rules

To ensure fairness and avoid disputes:

First valid referral wins

If multiple people refer the same brand:

  • The first valid referral submission recorded by Shopflo will receive credit

Attribution happens at company level

Even if multiple stakeholders from the same company interact with Shopflo:

  • Referral attribution will be assigned at the company/brand level

Offline referrals are allowed

Referrals made through WhatsApp, calls, founder communities, events, or introductions may still qualify if they can be reasonably validated by Shopflo.

6.

Existing Pipeline / Revived Leads

If a referred brand has had no meaningful engagement with Shopflo for the last 60 days, Shopflo may treat the referral as a valid revived referral.

“Meaningful engagement” may include:

  • Demo attendance
  • Active conversations
  • Ongoing evaluation discussions

Final determination remains with Shopflo.

7.

Invalid Referrals

The following referrals are not eligible for rewards:

  • Self-referrals
  • Fake or duplicate referrals
  • Brands already in active pipeline
  • Invalid or unreachable contacts
  • Spam submissions
  • Referrals made solely to abuse the reward system

Shopflo reserves the right to reject any referral deemed low quality or fraudulent.

8.

Self-Referral Policy

Referrers may not refer:

  • Their own business
  • Entities under common ownership/control
  • Brands operated by the same team/company

Shopflo may verify ownership using business details, store information, email domains, or internal records.

9.

Referral Validation

Shopflo reserves the right to validate referral authenticity, request additional information, and reject referrals that do not meet qualification standards.

Shopflo's internal CRM records, timestamps, and sales records will be treated as the source of truth in case of disputes.

10.

Communication & Tracking

Referrers may receive updates regarding referral status, demo completion, and reward processing.

However, Shopflo does not guarantee real-time tracking or status visibility during the pilot phase of the program.

11.

Program Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate attribution, generate fake referrals, spam submissions, or misuse the system may result in:

  • Disqualification
  • Cancellation of rewards
  • Removal from the program
12.

Changes to the Program

Shopflo reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program, reward structure, or qualification criteria at any time without prior notice.

13.

Final Decision

All referral qualification, attribution, and reward decisions made by Shopflo shall be final.

We encourage referrals only where merchants genuinely believe another brand could benefit from Shopflo.
